At BuyFloorForLess, we want you to shop with confidence. Because many of our products are clearance, end-of-line, or limited-quantity flooring items, please review our return policy carefully before placing your order. BuyFloorForLess markets many products as clearance and reduced-to-clear stock with limited fixed quantities, so return eligibility should be stated clearly alongside that business model.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. This 14-day window is based on the โFree returns within 14 daysโ language currently shown on BuyFloorForLess.
To request a return, please contact us first with your order details so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Clearance, reduced-to-clear, end-of-line, or limited-quantity products
- Special order or custom order products
- Opened, used, installed, or damaged items not reported at delivery
- Products not in original packaging or not in resalable condition

Please Inspect Before Installation
Please inspect all flooring, underlay, and accessories before installation. Do not install any product you believe is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Once a product has been installed, it is considered accepted and cannot be returned or refunded. This is a common and practical flooring-policy protection, though I did not find this exact sentence on the site, so this part is a recommended addition rather than confirmed old wording. Supported product pages also emphasize technical specs, application suitability, and warranty context, which makes pre-installation inspection especially important.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. Include your order number, photos of the product, and photos of the packaging where applicable. We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund where approved.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping, delivery, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed product defect.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for eligible in-stock products, subject to product availability. Because many products are sold in limited quantities, exchange availability is not guaranteed. That limitation matches the siteโs repeated emphasis on end-of-line and fixed-quantity stock.
In-Store Pickup Orders
Customers choosing in-store pickup should inspect their order at pickup whenever possible. Once the order has been picked up and accepted, return eligibility will still be subject to the same conditions above. BuyFloorForLess currently promotes in-store pickup and showroom/warehouse shopping.
